How to Start Using AI for Reselling — Even as a Beginner

Here’s a taste of what you can do right now:

Search “Fall 2025 fashion trends” using Gemini (it browses live info)

Ask ChatGPT: “What are the most searched shoe styles right now?”

Compare Google Trends for “ballet flats” vs. “platform sneakers”

Use Google Lens on your current inventory to find celeb or trend references or, find celebrities at a recent event and Google search their outfits to see what brands they are wearing.

And here’s your homework:

Run a Google Bard search: “What fashion items are trending on TikTok and Instagram this month?”

Check your top-selling brands from the past 60 days. Then search them on Google Trends to see if their popularity is rising.

Another great example: Look up Coach vintage bags — especially the silhouettes from the 90s. A few years ago, you could buy them for almost nothing. But as collectors started spotlighting them, their resale value rose. Now? A vintage Coach bag is set to appear in the new Devil Wears Prada sequel — and they’re about to have a major cultural comeback.
