The GCC Business Consultation helps you find unique hidden opportunities in YOUR business. I am a firm believer in the "work smarter not harder" theory. I will help you identify ways to make the same amount of money with half the work, or double the money with the same amount of work you put in now!

Sounds crazy, right? Well, I said what I said. It's not magic, it's math. The key to this is optimization of your time and money. What are you spending your time on and why?

It is often hard for us to identify the areas of opportunity in our business because we are so emotionally attached to it. Most of us are unconsciously running our business based on feelings, fears and emotions. We are running off of what we "think" we know, or what we see others do, instead of numbers, data, and facts.  Sometimes, what we need is a fresh set of eyes to look at our business and give us a cold, factual, unemotional account of what is happening... this is where I come in handy.

Do you have a solid buying strategy? Spoiler alert, so far, the answer is 100% NO.

You need a strategy, a plan, actionable and measurable goals. Otherwise, you are working hard, but going around in circles. 

What to expect?

When you book a consultation, you will receive a form that will need to be filled out and emailed back 48-72 hours after you receive it so I can review your numbers and map out our goals and objectives. Once I am done with your plan, I will then schedule our 1 hour google meet.

I will run a full business analysis and category breakdown. I will review current average sales per unit, cogs, areas of opportunity in your business and help you develop a pricing/sourcing strategy focused on increasing profitability (not time invested).

You will leave this consultation with a FULL understanding of what needs to be revamped to increase profitability, clear and specific goals for the next 6 months, a strategic sourcing plan that will tell you what you should be buying and for how much, a pricing strategy based on market analysis, my personal online sourcing strategy, and a newfound love and understanding of your numbers.
